Project Manager (On Site)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on-site and drive complex technology projects from initiation to closure with excellence and precision.

Skills Required
- Experience in project management with a structured approach covering the full project lifecycle — initiation through closure.
- Management of multiple technology projects simultaneously with a proven track record of delivery and implementing change.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Agile & Scrum methodology.
- Understanding of technology infrastructure and end-to-end project management for mobile & web app development.
- Exposure to front-end, back-end, and mobile development lifecycles.
- Strong workload management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple deliverables.
- Ability to Cross Sell & Up Sell services; experience handling design & development teams.
- Execute and deliver infrastructure projects in a matrix environment; coordinate with client work streams.
- Define project schedules, drive proactive risk mitigation and change management.
- Flexible to take client meetings; able to bring disruptive ideas and make autonomous decisions on resource planning.
Education / Experience
- Proven 2+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, successfully delivering complex technology projects.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Ability to approach situations with patience and strong empathy; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
